1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Items purchased on final sale or during special offers

3. Refund Process

  • Email us at support@luxioracosmetics.com with your order number and issue.

  • If eligible, we will share return instructions.

  • Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
