1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Items are eligible for return or exchange if they are Damaged and in their original packaging.
- Returns and exchange must be initiated within 07 working days of the delivery date.
- Items that are defective, or incorrect may also qualify for a return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products that have been used, opened, or tampered with.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Items marked as "flash sale" or “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.
3. Shipping: Ship the item(s) back using the method provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
4. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange:

2. Approval: Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on returning the original item and processing the exchange
5. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. Please allow [7-10 business days] for the refund to be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect, defective, or damaged. Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if items are not returned in original condition.

If the shade does not suite you:
- Contact us within 7days
- Product must be lightly used
- We offer exchange or store credit.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at support@luxioracosmetics.com with a photo and video of the item and a description of the issue on the date of shipment is delivered. We will replace or refund your purchase at no additional cost if the complaint is registered on the same day.
